Inc () (OTCMKTS:TGIF) announced Tuesday that it has inked a licensing agreement for the launch of Blonde, a high-end California cannabis brand making its debut in Nevada.
Under the terms of the one-year agreement, the company’s subsidiary Alternative Medicine Association (AMA), will enjoy exclusive rights to cultivate flower, make pre-rolls, live resin vape pens and cartridges under the Blonde brand for distribution to licensed dispensaries in Nevada.
With sleek packaging, Blonde is a premium cannabis brand aimed at high-end, quality-conscious consumers.

“Our aim is to offer luxury cannabis products that provide a remarkable user experience. With our sophisticated approach to branding, we wanted to create product that was predicated on quality and consistency, as we are confident that product prevails in any market,” said Blonde co-founder Tim Gavin.

Gavin also noted that AMA offers an expansive distribution network Nevada.

1993 Industries, based in Vancouver, owns licensed medical and adult-use cannabis cultivation and production assets, proprietary hemp-based, CBD infused branded products, CBD extraction services and a specialized cannabis advisory firm.
Vertically integrated 1933 Industries owns 91% of Alternative Medicine Association which is based in Nevada and fully owns both Infused MFG and Spire Global Strategy, located in Vancouver.
