() (OTCMKTS:BVNNF) has shaken up its executive team with the appointment of a new chief financial officer.
Michael Darby joined the team effective July 29, taking the place of John Campbell who will remain in his role as chief strategy officer.
Darby brings 25 years of financial management experience to the table, most recently at Naruto Group Investments. Before that, he served as CFO of the family-owned private equity firm Skidmore Group Holdings.

Other positions have included CFO of TCG International Inc, an international manufacturer, and the director of administration for Glentel Inc, a telecommunications company.
“We’re pleased that Michael has joined the BevCanna team,” CEO Marcello Leone said.
“Michael’s extensive financial management expertise will be an invaluable asset to our team, especially in this period of strategic expansion. His stewardship capabilities across a range of industries, and particularly in the capital markets arena, will be critical as we move forward with our long-term plans.”
BevCanna is a Vancouver-based company developing cannabinoid-infused beverages and consumer products for white label brands.
Its share price rose 11% Tuesday to C$0.35 on the CSE and slipped 1.6% to US$0.25 on OTC Markets.
