Inc () (OTCMKTS:CANVF) has announced the appointment of Derek Ivany as chairman of its advisory board where he will be focusing efforts on expanding the brand across Europe and South America through M&A and other value enhancing tactical corporate maneuvers.
The leading global markets cannabis brand for empowering the medical, recreational and CPG cannabis industry worldwide noted that Ivany was formerly president, CEO and Director of (), a growth-oriented and diversified company focused on the international cannabis industry.

It pointed out that he helped propel AgraFlora from an under $2 million in market capitalization to over $250 million at its zenith, along with undertaking multiple significant capital raises and generating significant investor liquidity whilst at the helm of AgraFlora.
