GSRX interim CEO Troy Nihart said the two new board members would help the group 'grow and expand into other industries'
GSRX Industries Inc () said Wednesday that it has added two experienced business development executives, Troy Dooly and Shaun Dale to the company’s board to create long-term value for the organization.
Dooly has over 37 years of experience in operations and business development in various industries. He has not only been a chief operating officer and chief commercial officer but founded multiple marketing and distribution companies. In addition, Dooly is a public speaker and radio host.
Dale, on the other hand, brings 25 years of operational management experience to the company.

"The addition of Shaun and Troy to GSRX's Board brings experience that allows the company to continue to grow and expand into other industries," GSRX interim CEO Troy Nihart said in a statement.
"Our management team believes 2020 will bring many milestones as the company continues to set aggressive targets," he added.
Meanwhile, GSRX announced that Mike Aujla would be stepping down as a director. The company thanked Aujla for his “dedicated service”.
The five-member board is now made up of Aman Parmar, Shaun Dale, Troy Nihart, Troy Dooly and Jeff Rogers.
GSRX Industries Inc () is a rapidly growing Dorado, Puerto Rico-based medical cannabis company which has fingers in many pies. GSRX acquires, develops and operates medical cannabis dispensaries and cannabinoid (CBD) retail stores. The firm is a subsidiary of Inc () (OTCMKTS:CADMF), a Vancouver-based vertically-integrated cannabis company.
Currently, GSRX operates five cannabis dispensaries in Puerto Rico under the Green Spirit RX brand name.
