(OTCQB:HLIX) President of Data Services Garvis Toler tells Proactive that the Colorado-based provider of infrastructure services to the cannabis industry, has finalized its acquisition of cannabis electronic trading platform Americanex, that makes it easier for licensed wholesale cannabis and hemp businesses to transact with one another.
Toler says the platform is 'ready to go' for its customers to use, as it has integrated the technology with Helix's BioTrackTHC software.
