The agreement with the cultivator was made through Heritage’s subsidiary CannaCure
Holdings Corp () (OTCMKTS:HERTF) has inked a new deal to fill and pack a line of vape pen cartridges for Canadian recreational and medical markets, the company announced on Tuesday.
The agreement with James E Wagner Cultivation Corporation (CVE:JWCA) (OTCMKTS:JWCAF) was made through Heritage’s subsidiary CannaCure Corporation.
JWC will provide CannaCure with a minimum of 100 kilograms per month of premium-grade cannabis biomass, grown in JWC’s aeroponic facility in Kitchener, Ontario.

CannaCure will then process the biomass into products using a direct-to-vape process that maintains the cannabis strain’s natural properties with no additives or heavy metals blended into the oil.
Heritage CEO Clint Sharples said that the Toronto-based company was “thrilled” to have been selected by JWC as their extraction partner for their vape pen products.
"Our direct-to-vape technology combined with our proprietary methodology ensures reliable quality products will be delivered [to] our partners for safe distribution into the Canadian adult-use market," Sharples said in a statement.
"Partnering with Heritage to bring quality vape pens into the Canadian market is a big part [of] our strategy and we are excited to be working with a leader in proprietary cannabis extraction and formulation expertise," JWC’s CEO Nathan Woodworth said.
CannaCure is a Health Canada-approved licensed cannabis producer with a 122,000 square foot facility that acts as a flexible space to allow for partnership opportunities, such as toll manufacturing and co-branding optionality.
The Fort Erie, Ontario facility has a total indoor grow space of nearly 25,000 square feet.
