() shares advanced in Toronto Friday as the explorer unveiled positive drill results from its Haldane high-grade silver prospect in Yukon. The assays are from two holes sunk at the Middlecoff zone at the Mt Haldane vein system targeting historic workings. Highlights reported today from the Middlecoff zone include a 1.02 metre sample, which assayed 455 grams per ton (g/t) silver in one hole from a broader 10.66 metre section that averaged 125.6 g/t silver. A separate intersection returned 996 g/t silver, 1.486 g/t gold and 28.35% lead over 0.35 metres, the company said.

 Inc () (OTCMKTS:CBIIF) announced Friday preliminary unaudited third-quarter revenue of about C$4.2 million, a 29% increase from the previous quarter. In a statement, the company also said it narrowed its adjusted-EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization) loss by approximately 64% from the previous quarter and saw its first-ever month of positive adjusted-EBITDA in August. 

 Inc () (OTCMKTS:EURPF) has signed a letter of intent to collaborate on educational, evidence-based cannabis content with AgraFlora Organics International Inc () (OTCMKTS:AGFAF).  The content and associated learning modules will be deployed on EuroLife’s physician-sanctioned German cannabis education platform, Cannvas.de, the companies said in a joint statement. 

MGX Minerals Inc () (OTCQB:MGXMF), the energy metals and materials group, revealed Friday it is set to start drilling at its Driftwood Creek magnesium oxide project in British Columbia next week. The move comes after the firm reported in August this year that it had received a permit for up to 50 holes. The aim of the drilling is to complete comprehensive infill and extension drilling at Driftwood as part of ongoing work for a pre-feasibility study (PFS), which will add to a preliminary economic assessment (PEA), completed in March last year.

 Inc. () (OTCMKTS:DXIEF) has posted its third-quarter numbers to end September, the same month it announced a new strategic direction for the junior oiler, which will see it transition to a regional producer of methanol.  The company, the owner of the Woodrush field in north-eastern British Columbia, said the combined barrel of oil equivalent per day (boepd) for the three months to September 30 was 161 barrels, versus 203 barrels in the same period of 2018.

Endeavour Mining Corporation () (OTCMKTS:EDVMF) is bolstering its board with the addition of seasoned finance executive Sofia Bianchi. Bianchi has over 30 years of experience in capital markets, including helping to establish the first African infrastructure fund focused on private sector projects. The executive also founded Atlante Capital Partners, which invests in structurally undervalued businesses in emerging markets.

 () (OTCMKTS:NXTTF) has brought in Annie Holmes as CFO and appointed Baran Dilaver to its board of directors.  Holmes previously served as a Principal of Chartered Course, where she provided strategic and financial advice to public and private clients. Ltd () (OTCMKTS:FLMZF) told investors that the TSCX Venture Exchange has approved its non-brokered private placement related to the acquisition of the Cachinal project in Chile. The junior explorer raised just over C$2.5 million to fund the transaction for up to an 80% interest in the precious metals project. It issued almost 32 million shares at C$0.08 per share and nearly 16 million warrants exercisable at C$0.12 for a 36-month period following the closing date.

Inc () will put its Opemiska Copper Complex in the spotlight at an upcoming event in the Canadian province of Quebec. The Toronto-based company’s vice president of exploration Charles Beaudry is presenting at the Chapais-Chibougamau Chapter’s Canadian Mining and Metallurgy event on November 4. Beaudry told investors that the junior will be presenting results from a recent drill program and discuss its interpretations, project potential and how it will move forward.

Fura Gems Inc () (OTCMKTS:FUGMF) updated on its option deal with () to buy the Capricorn sapphire project in Queensland, saying the pair had agreed to extend the longstop date to November 15 this year, from October 31. This is to allow the parties to complete remaining legal formalities, it said in a statement. The option agreement, announced in June and amended in July, contemplates the acquisition by Fura of 100% interests in two mining permits (EPM 25973 and EPM 25978) and three mining licences (ML 70419, ML 70447 and ML 70451) for a sapphire mining project in Queensland, Australia.
