The State of Ohio’s Division of Cannabis Control has begun issuing certificates of operation to stores in the Tri-State. Cresco Labs, which operates five stores in the Tri-State, said it received its dual-use operational license. It’s one of 15 dual-use cultivators and processors with certificates
