Zachary Stadnyk and Sam Mithani are the latest board members of the junior exploration and development company
Primary Energy Metals Corp () named a pair of new directors to its board, the company announced Monday.
Zachary Stadnyk and Sam Mithani are the latest members of the junior exploration and development company. They're replacing Thomas Clarke, who is resigning.
The company's stock recently climbed 15% to $0.12 Monday.
“On behalf of the board of directors, I would like to thank Tom for all his contributions and support for the company and wish him well in his future endeavours,” CEO Patrick Morris said. “I would also like to welcome Zach and Sam to the team and look forward to their input towards creating value for our shareholders in 2019 and beyond.”

Stadnyk is currently CEO and director of DC Acquisition Corp, a capital pool company that helps tech businesses through the process of issuing public stock. He’s also a partner of the venture capital and advisory firm, Stadnyk and partners.
Before that, he handled investor relations and corporate finance for FV Pharma, now (), and ran corporate finance at The Supreme Cannabis Company () ().
Mithani serves as chief technology officer and director ar Eyecarrot Innovations (TSE:EYC) (OTCMKTS:EYCCF), where he led the development of the Binovi Platform, which combines hardware, software and machine learning with the goal improving vision.
He has 11 years of experience, including a stint as vice president of technical services in the fine chemical division of Apotex, and the development of a handful of award-winning iOS apps. He earned a Ph.D in organic chemistry from the University of Waterloo.
Primary Energy Metals works to acquire and ethically cultivate sources of vanadium, cobalt, copper, nickel and uranium.
