Primary Energy Metals Inc () (OTCMKTS:PEMTF) announced Wednesday that Michael Mackey has stepped down as a director.
"On behalf of the board of directors, I would like to thank Mike for all his contributions and support for the company, and wish him well in his future endeavours," said CEO Patrick Morris in a statement.

Primary Energy Metals is focused on vanadium, cobalt, copper and nickel-focused mineral resource properties.
Shares of Primary Energy Metals were up 16.7% on Wednesday.
