PRESS RELEASE
Prospiant – the largest US greenhouse manufacturer and leader in controlled environment agriculture has expanded its Florida team to include onsite construction management teams.
This allows the company to have boots on the ground ready to manage any construction projects – including all indoor, environmentally controlled (sealed) greenhouses, and more basic greenhouse construction.
“We needed teams on the ground to ensure across the board project success for our customers,” Senior Cannabis Manager for Florida, Al Sray said. “There are so many aspects of an indoor or greenhouse build when it comes to cannabis. It’s not just us manufacturing the structure, installing it and leaving. Coordinating the efforts of the general contractor and all the subcontractors is a vital step that requires boots on the ground.”
Prospiant (formerly Nexus, Rough Bros., and ThermoEnergy) has been involved with more than 250 cannabis projects since the legal market started in the Western U.S. more than 10 years ago. The combined companies have been in business for more than 150 years! This gives them a unique level of experience that helps ensure a cannabis facility is designed the right way, with a focus on the plant.
According to Prospiant’s Vice President of Commercial Group, Rudy Magasrevy, this move will set the company apart from its competitors.
“Florida is a very important market for us, especially in the cannabis and produce space,” Magasrevy said. “Having an experienced construction management team with presence in the state to help coordinate our clients’ turnkey projects is vitally important.”
“This will help our customers projects come in on time, and on budget. We don’t just deliver our structures and tell our clients: “Good luck, call if you need anything.” We are there every step of the way from conceptual design, engineering, to construction completion.”
