The Green Organic Dutchman Holdings Ltd plans to up-list to the Nasdaq

() (OTCMKTS:TGODF) CFO Sean Bovingdon tells Investors the Toronto-based cannabis company will move up to the Nasdaq Capital Market, one of the U.S. exchange's tiers meant for junior companies.

Bovingdon says the company would like to increase its institutional base, allowing more international investors to become shareholders. He says TGOD will expect to begin trading its shares on Nasdaq in the next 6-8 weeks.
