By taking advantage of HelloMD’s patient services platform, the Toronto-based cannabis company will offer patients access to advice from medical practitioners
The Green Organic Dutchman Holdings Ltd (TSE:TGOD) (OTCMKTS:TGODF) is partnering with HelloMD, an online cannabis healthcare company, to improve its medical cannabis onboarding experience.
The adoption of HelloMD’s online clinic services will advance The Green Organic Dutchman’s capabilities when it begins selling premium cannabis to medical patients in late January of next year.
By taking advantage of HelloMD’s patient services platform, the Toronto-based cannabis company will offer patients access to advice from medical practitioners and education about medical cannabis.
“In this joint effort with TGOD, we will ensure patients receive the best-personalized advice on organic medical cannabis to move forward,” noted Larry Lisser, senior vice-president of business development with HelloMD.

Prospective patients who are interested in buying medical cannabis will be able to connect online with a licensed practitioner seven days a week thanks to the new partnership. Patients with appropriate documentation can then purchase an array of medical cannabis products from The Green Organic Dutchman.

The Green Organic Dutchman is a research and development company licensed by Canadian regulators to cultivate medical cannabis. It has cultivation facilities in Ontario, Quebec and Jamaica.
Hello MD, meanwhile, has orchestrated more than 100,000 virtual consultations between medical cannabis patients and licensed medical practitioners.
The Green Organic Dutchman shares slipped by 3.8% to C$3.01 on Wednesday.
