NCIA’s #IndustryEssentials webinar series is our premier digital educational series featuring a variety of interactive programs allowing us to provide you timely, engaging and essential education when you need it most. It’s been nearly a decade since the first legal sales of adult-use cannabis occurred, but data about this nascent industry is still incredibly hard to come by. While some information like tax revenue or sales may be easy enough to find, other areas are harder to pinpoint, like overall economic impact or employment; for instance, federal prohibition prevents the US Department of Labor’s Bureau of Labor Statistics from counting state-legal marijuana jobs.
