() (OTCMKTS:AUSAF) announced Wednesday that has acquired 12.8 million shares of US multi-state-operator (), a dispensary operator and provider of cannabis products.
The firm announced it had exercised 12.8 million warrants and now holds about a 37.7% stake in of Body & Mind (BaM).

The firm noted that it acquired the shares for investment reasons. BaM operates a production operation in Nevada, as well as dispensaries in California and Ohio and soon, Arkansas. BaM products include dried flower, edibles, topicals, extracts as well as GPEN Gio cartridges.
Shares of Australis were at C$1.13 in Canadian trading on Wednesday.
