Chorbajian had been with the company for 22 months
Chemistree Technology Inc () (OTCMKTS:CHMJF) announced Monday that Justin Chorbajian has resigned as non-executive chairman of its board of directors.
"On behalf of the board I'd like to thank Justin for his contributions to the company over the past 22 months, and we wish him well in his future endeavors," said President Karl Kottmeier in a statement.
According the company’s website, Chorbajian is co-owner of the largest chain of privately owned hydroponic shops in Canada and helped found Green Planet Nutrients and Green Planet Wholesale.

Vancouver-based Chemistree is an investment company focused on US and international cannabis sectors.
The company’s stock recently traded down 9.7% to US$0.24 on the OTC Markets and fell 18.7% to C$0.32 in Canada.
